Neil Caporale

Vice President, Controls Operations

As Vice President of Controls Operations for Roth Southeast, Neil Caporale is responsible for project management, scheduling, estimating and technical support for all field personnel.  He also provides in-house training for all controls technicians to maintain their high level of product knowledge and quality of service in the field.

Neil earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lafayette College, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He started his professional career in 2000 as a Project Engineer for Siemens Building Technologies in Maryland, where he learned all aspects of the controls business from sequence of operation to trouble-shooting and estimating.  Neil’s expertise and dedication have made him a valuable member of the Thermal Concepts family of companies since 2002.  And in 2011, Neil became the Operations Manager for Roth Southeast.

Marty Capogreco

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President for Roth Southeast, Marty Capogreco is responsible for all client relationships, new business development, marketing and office administration. His leadership also includes regular training for company staff about the latest Building Management System technologies available in the industry.

Marty earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Youngstown State University.  He started his career in 1985 with Roth Bros. Inc. in Ohio. In 1989, Marty started Roth Bros. Inc. South Florida office.  And in 2007, he became a part-owner of the Roth Bros. Inc. South Florida office.  Marty has led Roth Southeast since its acquisition by Thermal Concepts Inc. in 2011.
